Anddd you can crop ALL NIGHT/MORNING LONG in the crop area, perfect for you crazy night owls or early risers.
Each cropper is given a 6 foot space! We are no longer offering VIP tables, due to space restrictions.
One $12 meal voucher WILL be provided to use at the onsite Mexican restaurant El Viejo, to use anytime during the crop. Choose lunch, dinner, drinks or anything in between anytime during the weekend. That way we don't overwhelm them with a huge amount of guests at once, but we are still able to support another small business. Their food and drinks are amazing! Breakfast is included with your hotel room and other meals will be on your own. This hotel does not have a catering service, and its tricky with allergies, so on your own is easiest for all. Scrapmania will providing a well stocked snack table as well as ice water in the ballroom. There is free coffee, tea and fruit at all times in the main lobby. You are welcome to bring a snack to share, but it is not required!

CROP CANCELLATION FEE of $50 per crop event up until 2 weeks prior to each event. No refunds within 14 days of the event. You can switch to a different crop if their is availability, with no fee. That swap must be done through Stacy directly, please do not register online, it does not allow changes. No exceptions on fees for cancelling, thank you for understanding!
Hotel cancellations are dealt with through Best Western Plus and their rules apply as well.
